Julia Legian, the company founder and managing director, has been in the real estate game for as long as she remembers. However for the past 4 years Julia has dedicated all her time and energy on researching and watching the Australian real estate market. During this time she acquired over 3 million dollars worth of real estate and gained over 1.5 million dollars in capital growth.

After seeing so many people getting the wrong advice, buying the wrong investment properties, paying too much money on their purchases, worrying about their mortgage repayments, living in fear of interest rates rises or losing their jobs she decided to set up Legian Real Estate to show them a better way to achieve their investment goals while minimising their risk.
